Simple rules for a transparent relationship.

1. Service

AQUA Card is a professional identity platform that lets users create a public profile, share contact details by link, QR or NFC, receive requests and view analytics. During beta, features, limits and availability may change.

2. Account and content

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of the data and content they publish. The service may not be used for fraud, harassment, spam, infringement of third-party rights or any unlawful activity.

3. Plans and pricing

The Free plan has no charge. Pro costs €9.90/month or €99/year. The founding-batch NFC card costs €24.90 per unit and does not include the Pro plan. Prices are in euros and include VAT. NFC shipping costs and delivery terms will be confirmed before an order. A reservation is neither a purchase nor authorization to charge. Pricing approval does not activate payments; renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed before the first charge.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

When subscriptions are enabled, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation methods will be shown before payment. Users will be able to cancel future renewals through the available methods, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

5. NFC cards

A reservation for the experimental batch only expresses interest. Materials, finish, delivery time, compatibility and shipping cost will be confirmed before an order. The linked profile may remain accessible by QR or link even when the device does not support NFC.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service secure and available, but the beta may experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, AQUATICUS is not liable for indirect losses resulting from unavailability, misuse or content published by the user.

7. Privacy

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Users must only submit data they are legally entitled to share.

8. Entity, contact and governing law

AQUA Card is provided by AQUATICUS, tax number 512026831, with its address at Ladeira do Relógio, 11 — 9900-108 HORTA.
