Controller and contact
AQUATICUS, tax number 512026831, with its address at Ladeira do Relógio, 11 — 9900-108 HORTA, is the controller of data processed through the AQUA Card platform.
For questions about privacy, access, correction or deletion, contact Paulo Gonçalves at paulo.goncalves@aquaticus.pt.
Data we process
We process the professional details selected for a profile; account and plan data; contact details submitted by visitors; usage analytics; Faial Pilot applications; and plan or NFC card reservations. We do not collect bank card details at this stage.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to provide and protect the service, publish the requested profile, deliver contacts, measure performance, manage applications and respond to reservations. Processing is based on delivering the requested service, consent where indicated, and legitimate interests in security and improvement, without prejudice to the data subject's rights.
Analytics and technical identifier
The browser may store a random identifier on the device to distinguish repeat visits. We record actions such as opening a card, scanning a QR code, tapping NFC, clicking and setup time. The identifier contains no name, email address or phone number.
Retention and recipients
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for its purpose, compliance with obligations and handling requests. Technical providers may process data on behalf of AQUATICUS for hosting, authentication, storage and, when enabled, payments, subject to security and confidentiality obligations.
Public profiles and leads
The card owner chooses the public content and can disable search engine indexing. Contact details submitted through a profile are made available to that profile's owner, who is also responsible for their subsequent use in the stated professional context.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
Security and changes
We apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service's current stage. No system is entirely immune to incidents. Where required, material changes to this policy will be communicated through the platform before taking effect.
